My experience at this hotel was fantastic. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service. They even were really nice by assisting us with our early morning taxi arrangement for our flight. The hotel's location was a huge plus, right in the heart of the city. This made it convenient for exploring all the attractions and amenities that Buenos Aires has to offer. the rooms were compact but adequate, providing a comfortable stay.
Hopefully, this will be resolved soon and not affect future guests. the bathroom design could be improved.

We loved our stay at this centrally located hotel! It was close to the metro, which made it easy for us to explore the city. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed dining in the restaurant. the hotel had great facilities and provided everything we needed for a memorable stay.
That the room was smaller than expected, but it was still cozy and had everything we needed.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a central location. The room was a bit small, but the friendly staff made up for it. I was kinda surprised by the tasty breakfast and the helpful English-speaking staff. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to attractions and transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and simple, with a lovely bathroom and a large, comfortable bed. The hotel had great AC and the front reception staff were friendly and cute. The location was perfect for our visit, as it was close to the subway and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with croissants and toasts. The staff provided excellent transportation options and helpful insight about self-guided walking tours in the city.
